Where Astros, Luhnow May Upgrade

The Astros are serious about making upgrades to their rotation & their infield, as Evan Drellich suggests in this Houston Chronicle story.  GM Jeff Luhnow says, “Obviously, we’re going to give Jonathan every chance to make this club.  We’re going to give Matt every chance to make this club. But we’re not going to hand them those positions. They’re going to have to earn those positions, because we’re at the point now where the development at the big leagues is behind us, and this is about producing. And if they don’t produce, still both those guys have options.”
