Texans New Safety Rahim Moore Nearly Lost Leg, Quiet Hero

Houston Texans LogoNearly a year & a half ago Moore nearly needed to get his leg amputated because of acute compartment syndrome.  In this Peter King SI feature, he describes how close Rahim’s career came to being over & the bizarre nature of this condition.  Not only did Moore come back, but his random act of support & kindness to another victim of his condition is an inspiration.  As Denver Post reporter Troy E. Renck writes in this story, Moore quickly & quietly came to the bedside of a man in his 30’s who was going through this awful situation.
