Astros ’94 Season: 20 Years Later

Astros Jeff BagwellSimilar to this season, the Astros were trying to rebuild from some bad years in the early 90’s. This was the year the Astros traded for Mike Hampton & Jeff Bagwell had a historic year.  But, as David Barron tell us in this Houston Chronicle story, Bagwell broke his hand & the rest of baseball came to a screeching halt with the disappointing strike that ended the season.
