This week Mr. Hockey, Gordie Howe, would’ve turned 92 years old. To honor him, we listen back to Host Robert Land’s conversation with Jerry Trupiano, who 
was the voice of the Houston Aeros in the World Hockey Association. Trupiano shares memories of getting to know Gordie, those days when the Aeros were a big ticket in Houston, how the Aeros landed in Houston and how Howe treated Aeros fans. We also got a bonus story about how Trupiano nearly got Calvin Murphy kicked out of a game when he was the Rockets’ voice in the late 70’s.
